‘Tis the season for giving…and we’re giving away 2 tickets to the San Francisco 49ers Vs. Arizona Cardinals game on 12/28 @ Levi’s Stadium! This will be the last game of the season for the 49ers, but the Niner Faithful won’t go down without a fight! You have a chance to win the tickets, generously donated by the San Francisco 49ers, while helping JDRF tackle type 1 diabetes (T1D). Here’s how:

– Make an online donation of $25 to ANY Bay Area 2014 JDRF Walk team or participant.  For every $25 donated, you’ll receive 1 entry into our drawing. ($100 donated = 4 chances to win!)

– Donations made between noon on Monday, 12/15 and noon on Friday, 12/19 are eligible for the drawing.

– Winner will be selected at random on Friday, 12/19.  Prize must be claimed within 24 hours of winner being notified, otherwise a runner up drawing will take place.

– JDRF staff and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

But wait, there’s more! Winner will also receive a limited edition, laser engraved Navarro Bowman 49ers football! This is an impressive collector’s item, with only 500 made. The football includes a certificate of authenticity and is NOT available for sale anywhere!
