The Center for Diabetes Services at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) is hosting a Pump and Continuous Glucose Monitor Fair on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 6-7:30 PM at 3801 Sacramento St. 7th floor in San Francisco.

The following vendors will be present:

Animas (Animas Ping pump)
Dexcom (Dexcom G4 CGM)
Insulet – (Omnipod pump)
Medtronic (Revel pump w/CGM)
Roche – (Accuchek Combo pump)
Tandem (T-Slim pump)

JDRF will also be present to provide information about resources and networking opportunities for adults living with type 1 diabetes (T1D).

This event is free and dinner will be provided! No need to pre-register – just show up.

CPMC Center for Diabetes Services also holds an insulin pump support group which meets every six weeks.
